I started listening to Western music in the lower grades of elementary school because of my brother and relatives, and I've been listening to Western music ever since. If you've been listening to music for a long time, I'm confident that you can beat any musician of the same generation (laughs).
For the first time, Japanese music began to debut and I started listening to friends' works.

For example, even with a heavy rock like Nirvana, I feel a lot of pop, and if I can feel that, I'm not so particular about genre or musicality. If it's POP, we accept metal, hip-hop, and jazz on the same line.
Recently, I often listen to things like Danny Elfman and movie music, as a normal BGM. After all, I love demons so I always listen to blur and gorillaz regardless of the times.

Around The World In A Day / Prince & The Revolution
It's the most eccentric album of Prince's works, and I love the atmosphere of rhythms from all over the world.
I used to listen to it when I was in junior high school, but I still hear this sound from this album! I'm imitating the recording like that.

Synchronicity / The Police
All the melody is good, but it's still not a popular song in a good way. This is an extremely rare example in which the world's No. 1 becomes like this without doing the times and the world, without doing anything wrong. The rhythm arrangement is excellent.

When I was in college, various people introduced me to WEEZER, saying, "A band that seems to absolutely love Yuhi came out." When I actually listened to it, I was completely addicted to it.
