He is an artist who expresses himself through text, sound and visuals. Takuji also operates under the names of; LITTLE CREATURES, Double Famous, Solo Unit-Kama Aina, and Takuji Aoyagi. Furthermore, he hosts events such as “Bookworm,” and is the head of the label, “Chordiary.” In 2007, under the name Kama Aina, he performed alongside artists such as Beastie Boys and Bjork in the Roskilde Festival, the largest rock festival in Europe held in Denmark, Roskilde. Afterwards, he continued to tour in places such as Sweden, Germany, and Spain. In the same year, he released “Tadeai,” his first album under the name Takuji Aoyagi. In 2008, Double Famous, celebrating their 15th anniversary, released their fifth album entitled, “Double Famous,” and performed in a large summer festival. Furthermore, he continues to be active in the literal world. For example, he released his book “Rajio Toh (Radio Tower)” as Takuji Aoyagi, and he hosted the 10th anniversary of the reading event, “Bookworm.” Currently, he writes columns such as “Deainooto,” in the magazine, Sotocoto, and “Moon Indigo,” in the free-paper, “bounce.”
